black horse pike. >> new on a "action news," two texas police officers are recovering from being shot during a nine hour standoff. roy garza barricaded himself inside an apartment. police eventually placed him under arrest. the officers are in fair condition. police released surveillance video showing a 62-year-old man hanging out in a bar after leaving his young grd in the desert without -- granddaughter in the desert with a loaded gun. he called his wife and asked for a ride home. deputies arrived and arrested him. he got stuck four wheeling with his 5-year-old granddaughter when she got tired walking he

philadelphia police are searching for the gunman who shot a man to death while the victim was driving in east mount airy around 11:00 p.m. the 37-year-old victim was behind the wheel of his car when he was struck by a bullet. he drove half block before crashing into two parked cars. >> several neighbors on the block heard one to three gunshots at the intersection of vernon road and voyer before they heard the vehicle that the victim was in crash into the two parked cars. >> reporter: police found the victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomin. he was rushed to the hospital and does not survive. police in montgomery county are trying to figure out why someone shot and killed a 73-year-old man. the suspect turned the gun on himself. police found the victim in

abington yesterday afternoon. investigating officers cornered the suspect blocks away. she confronted him and asked him to show his hands. he raised gun and shot himself twice. family members the victim and the suspect knew each other. >> dangerous storms have killed 8 people in the nation's heartland. crews are searching for others who are missing. two dozen tornados formed over indiana, iowa, mississippi, tennessee and arkansas. a 7-year-old boy is among the dead in mississippi. 4 million people took cover from the severe weather. >> i can't stick around here. i'm going to go find cover. >> crews in tennessee began clearing road. strong winds ripped down power lines and destroyed home. out west, the roads are a snowy mess, in utah, 80-mile an hour wind gusts in mohave, california

county. state police are saying the officer faked it. the officer faces misdemeanor charges. she was found in a ditch in september. she said a man threw her over the guardrail, but authorities found inconsists -- inconsistency in her story. prime minister david cameron plans to look into claims that a family from great britain was stopped from flying to disneyland because they were muslim. they say their forms for the planned holiday was approved by the homeland security 6 weeks before. >> definitely donald trump has a part to play in it.
